when i converted mine we didnt add enough because we never turned it on. it worked good for a few months.

sounds like a vacuum leak. check all lines while replacing the MC

ive found parts on amazon with just a part number and been able to order directly from the local dealership so far.
ive had great success with LEDs from amazon, they make a huge difference.changed ALL interior lamps in 3 vehicles! when you change the MC, consider replacing any flexible lines.

i think my door switches contributed to my draining problem.
mostly they wouldnt turn on unless jiggled or flashed on when driving.
replaced the 2 questionable and that issue has stopped.

Check those hoses for cracks. Makes you crazy looking for the one:wall: but so satisfying when a new rubber hose fixes it.

I'd check the brakes and bearings first to rule them out.

The P.O. swapped in an Optima battery to the original terminals/cables.

I jammed BB in the vacuum line. Same results.
I found the same issue. Had to replace the cheesy sections.
Would of been disastrous if it had blown when driving
I have taken mine apart and cleaned the contacts. They are delicate and will break.

I cut a section of an old belt and use it on the pulley to prevent knicks
I found a corroded pipe that developed a hole when I hit it. Could of been disastrous.
I don't think it was used much as there was a lot of sediment once I opened it.
