I recently pulled the doors off a donor Previa that was the same color as mine but in lots better shape. I got the keys and the lock cylinder from the rear hatch and the glovebox, so the only thing I need to have all the locks match is the ignition cylinder. How the heck do you get that thing out of there?? It looks like the housing is bolted to the steering column with weird circular-head bolts that I have no idea how to remove (maybe weld a nut on them??) Is there a way to just slide out the keyed portion of the ignition cylinder so I can swap it into my van?

EDIT: The Yahoo group provided the answer -- put the key in the ignition and turn it to ACC and then put a paperclip in the little hole on the bottom of the ignition cylinder and you can pull out the tumbler.
