Diesel/Toyota mechanics in/around Portland?

Got the timing belt sorted out, I think. If anyone ever decides to take on the job (with the 2CT engine) let me now and I would be happy to offer up some insight. The job was really very manageable.

Next issue. Black smoke. Quite a bit it seems on moderate to heavy loading. I have been thinking injection timing, maybe disconnect the EGR, fuel filter, maybe the multiple adjustments on the injection pump, injectors? Any thoughts?

Does anyone know of a good diesel/toyota mechanic in/around the portland area?
