MY 96 LE/SC doesn't have fog lights, and the relay and fuse are not present in the fuse box on the top of the dash.

Ideally I'd like to wire up some fog lights so they run off the (not present, but hopefully available somewhere) stock relay and fuse, but I don't really want to completely dismantle my dash.

What are my other options?

TIA!

the factory fog light option was available only on the vans with the moon roof package I believe
they are part of the inboard portion of the headlamps (closest to the grille)... this is the best place for this really because if you installed it in the bumper, you block off the brake cooling ducts
so in other words, replacing the headlamps with ones that have the fog lamps are your best bet

If you decide to import headlights, it would be much better to import them from Europe (not UK). They drive on the right side of the road like we do and so the beam pattern is oriented the correct way, thus making it safe to use. JDM ones are not suitable for our roads and you actually end up blinding on coming traffic!

The ones on my van were imported from Holland but don't have the built in fog lamps... it doesn't matter really because these headlights are a massive improvements from the 91-93 US spec 9004 headlamps and worked great even in fog. Don't feel so bad about your already improved 94-97 9003 (H4) headlamps!
