I want to do a thorough check of my fuel system on a 94 previa.

Looking to get the schematics for pump, injectors, pump control relay, pump control resistor and injectors.

Checked a few places but just cant find anything yet. Anyone know a link to this much needed fuel system info?

I'm not sure what differences there might be from 93 to 94 but I do happen to have all the factory service manuals for vans and Previas from 1984-1993. I'd be happy to post 93 Previa schematics here if you think it will help. You really should have the FSM for 94 though since you own one. Using the wrong year manual can mess you up. I think 94 is the 1st year for OBDII, and that's reason enough to just go buy one. Here's some links on eBay:

Thanks for the links. I do not have the obdII diagnostics on this 94. I was trying to put the head in last night and wanted to re-do fuel system first before i raise the engine. The donor van is a 91 with many new parts and complete rebuild on the engine i found and want to test the barely used parts and replace if they perform better. I just don't want to wait for a manual to ship. I will order one. If you could post that 93 info, I could get started right away. I have a feeling they are the same and if not, at least we will know where the differences are.

You are probably correct about these being the same. My biggest concern would be components being interchangeable (91-94 is quite a stretch). Sometimes these parts can look the same externally but have slight internal differences. I doubt that's the case, but I would verify part numbers before swapping things out. To verify part numbers just look each one up using the down-loadable EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) or call the dealer parts dept for verification.

So what part of the manual do you want? I can post the schematics here but I don't see how that could help you. If you want something to help you test, then you're after the FI section of the manual. That section goes into detail of testing individual components, but it's big and not practical to scan and post. In addition I couldn't say with certainty that it would be exactly the same as your 94. I personally wouldn't even start a job like this without access to the correct factory service manual. For work like this it's a "must-have" item. Tim

PS: here's a great site to look-up/verify part numbers using the VIN number http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/q.html

really right now i'm just looking for general routing and wire colors for the pump, injectors, pump control relay, pump control resistor and injectors.

I don't need to get really involved just yet. I just want to check the grounds and power up these donor parts to see that they work and don't want to fry anything.

Okay, here you go. The entire engine control section from my 93 Previa Electrical Diagram manual:

Thanks for posting those diagrams. It looks like i'm in over my head on this right now. I don't see any pump motor or pump relay or resistor. all the wires are not there and the ones that are showing just stop on these diagrams . I have the manual for a camry and there is just so many pages to flip through when trying to figure out this kind of info. I really need to have the electrical diagrams and manual in pdf form to go through it with any speed. How much do you think it costs to get computer manuals and where can they be purchased? I think i need a how to read electrical diagrams for dummies book too.

In my camry electrical manual about 300 pages into it there are overall diagrams which show more complete wiring and systems connected to each other.

I found what I needed. Sure beats flipping through greasy pages. Still works great. No issues.

works for my different year camrys too. but only previa and up for the vans.
