It seems like the exhaust manifold for my 91 all-trac is obsolete and out of stock, as far as oem goes. I was unable to find any after market manifolds either.
The problem with mine is that it is very rusty with several pin holes and a couple of small cracks at seams, so it's life is looking pretty limited.
What are the options? Scrap yard stuff is not plentiful here. Can manifolds be repaired?

Factory installed header. Metal probably Too thin to chance a weld. Has pin holes probably getting thinner with use and age. But wouldnt hurt to talk to a good ole fashion muffler shop? if they can get to the hole, they got the experience. The headers Get heated to thousands of degrees by exhaust, epoxy welds (JB Weld epoxy etc) patching would probably melt off eventually. Theres even a muffler wraps, but again, the headers get really hot. :pissed: It would probably be a temporary fix at best. Probably best to Keep looking in yards. I saw some on Ebay too. Seen one around $75 +free shipping. I took mine off and sanded it really good and then coated with high heat header paint and it even burned that off, rather quickly.
