Van has a bad case of Brake Shudder that's felt thru the steering wheel. I've replaced the front Rotors & Pads. Even had the barely used new Rotors re-ground. I've tried EBC Red & Toyota OEM pads. Caliper Pistons move freely. All resulting in no improvement. Front steering members & Wheel Bearings are without play. I can feel a slight amount of brake pedal pulsing even at slow speeds. I tried removing the ABS Relay, thinking the ABS system was the source- no change. I don't have an ABS fault.
I wasn't able to come up with a past thread, that helped.
Anyone have further ideas on cause?

make sure your lug nuts are tightened evenly with a torque wrench... if they were blasted on with an impact gun or you just did them "good and tight", this will cause this issue

Have you looked at the rear? I had a shudder for a long time and kept assuming it was warped front rotors and kept ignoring the rear. I never pinned down the cause but it went away after replacing my rear rotors and calipers. I also repaired the broken spring-strut thingie on the load sensing proportioning valve in the back.

Solved a couple months ago, but might as well post cause. Brake Shudder turned out to be warped rear Rotor.

I wonder if this is a common thing with Previas, thinking its the front when its the rear. I've got it again and I think its the front. I didn't find anything obvious wrong up there and everything looks practically new so I suppose I should check the rear. Different Previa from the last time.
