I just found this site today. row52.com. it inventories all the participating self service yards. people can go on there and ask for a part and someone will go and get it for you. i live in alaska and i can not find any previa parts so i found this. i am trying to get a dark green driver door and fender so hopefully someone comes up with one for me.
it breaks my heart to see some of these cars sitting there though. there is a 95 alltrac at one yard that looks nicer than what i drive that is going to get picked apart! i wish i could save them all, at least the rare parts, viscous couplers, diffs, superchargers, sads.......
if anyone wants to go to one of these yards and get me what i need i can work a deal with you.

the inventory is reliable, but what you said is the first I've heard of it... pick n pull's website uses row52 also for their inventory search

if I had to buy something from a place I didn't want to go get myself or wasn't available locally, I use car-part.com and call the places that show the part I was looking for

Some of the times, the inventory is not up to date.

I went to the Rancho Cordova PnP and they had 5 previas in the list, I paid my $2 and asked for the locations.

When I got there, the 3 rows had been pulled the day before. Total waste of time.

There are also times when they either don't update when the cars are there as well.

I was at the hayward PnP and they had 2 previas, but as I was searching, there were 3 more. LOL.

Just a heads up. I usually go for multiple reasons anyways. I'm always looking for parts for other cars.
