Has anyone just replaced the seal the T case output side?

If its anything like a differential attention to detail is required.

I'd like an idea of that i'm getting into rather than exploratory surgery.
torque specs?

Thanks!

Do you have a Factory Service Manual? I've personally only done it in the process of disassembly to swap input hubs. Aside from the usual care when installing oil seals and following the torque specs there is nothing particularly special to be concerned with. The nut is torqued to 90 ft lbs then staked per the FSM. You'll need a way to adequately hold the flange to torque the nut such as a plate with holes drilled to slip over the flange studs. Again, this is detailed in the FSM. I have done this with a large pry bar between the studs with either nuts or sleeves on the studs to protect the threads.
