Okay so here is the details: Model: Masterace Year: 1990 Make: Toyota Engin: 2C-T diesel ID: CR30G-MEZX
Pull radiator, take it to get repaired, the radiator is a bit bowed (what he said is usual from a underlying issue like a head gasket but he also says he doesn't know much about diesel systems.) Previous owner states he never had a head done because I was thinking maybe it had this issue in the past but got fixed. I do see that the head bolts are marked so it had head work done.Can the lines in a radiator swell and blow on a vehicle without the extra pressure from a head gasket/cracked head issue? This is a 28 year old machine.
I got quoted 635USD before tax to get this thing re-cored. Does that sounds right?
