AC was cool but not cold. Rear AC was colder. Replaced expansion valve. No change.
Compressor is working since condensation water under van
Further service manual reading lead me to adjust the water valve control cable to Max cool then lock the cable as seen below.now AC is ice cold! This cable is located under the hood behind the coolant reservoir against the air intake box.
Haven't located the air mix damper control cable in the 1st diagram. This may be why the passenger side vents are not as cold as the driver side vents.
Please post if anyone knows. It's not by the refresh / fresh air control cable which is on the ldriver side of the big air box

Think I found it in the Haynes manual.
It's behind the radio. Not quite sure what it does or if it would make it cooler yet.

Not behind the radio. Doesn't seem to be by the water control valve under the hood.
Still doesn't seem to be cold enough during the day, so cable adjustment may not have helped much after all.
Will take van back in for more service at the ac pros.

I’m having the same a/c issue and would love to hear if you have any updates. Thanks!

They said there was a slow leak somewhere as it wouldn't hold a vacuum. No uv leaks seen they said. Choices were to block off the rear ac lines like is common with chrsler van leaks, or to use a leak stopper like ac superseal. They put it in and ran ac for 3 hours. Works ok now, not great but adequate for under 95 outside
