Van squealing when to many accessories on

My 93 RWD previa squeals when I turn the wheel but only if I have a lot of things on (lights,rear defog,heat,wipers) but if I don't have those things on no squealing.

Very likely to be the drive belt. Probably the most common squealing noise you'll hear from a vehicle is slipping drive belts, and it is often load/fan speed dependent. When you turn the steering wheel the power steering is working harder, and combined with other accessories being on it is enough to make it squeal. At least that is my guess right now. Tighten your main belt, or if it feels tight already get a new one. Use only Toyota belts - the one I got for my Previa recently has a sexy, kind of furry side contacting the pulleys which grips really well.
