The attached document contains the official Toyota part numbers and locations for coolant & heating hoses based on the refresh of my '92's originals (which still look pretty good). It's not comprehensive, as I left off stuff I didn't replace, like the heater valve, metal bypass tubing over the engine and the EGR coolant hoses, and it doesn't contain details like ID and OD, length, etc. that'd make it easier to make up your own substitutes. Combined with the focus on my '92, it's hardly encyclopedic, but still a good reference that may save some time for others.
