If you haven't ever rebuilt an auto trans, I would just replace. More than likely the valve body is toast or is getting there.

If it was a manual, I'd say go for it... but an auto tranny is pretty easy to screw up without some hands on guidance.

If your familiar with how to tackle one, get the rebuild kit and have some fun! :thmbup:
