ISO neutral safety switch 1989

Chasing electrical gremlins and noticed the neutral safety switch is jankily wired with a short. Anyone have a switch that would fit a 1989 crg? Would other model years have the same switch/connectors?

Is it lose at the terminal or on the wire?

These things are like gold at junkyards.
I’ll look for one in SoCal when another van pops up.
