P0773 anyone have experience?

Did a quick search and did not find much. 1996 Previa Alltrac LE/SC randomly threw a P0733 for shift solenoid E. Have not had any shifting issues and seems to lock up just fine. What I did read somewhere said to try and shift manually for a bit and see what happens. Did that after clearing the code. Also found a loose ground at bellhousing(recently did a JDM motor). Light went away for a few hundred miles and then randomly came back. Still shifts and drives fine. Solenoid E is about $300. Dont want to replace it if there could be another issue. Anyone experience this code on Previa? What was your Fix? Is shift solenoid E located in the pan or is it external?
