I don't have any experience, but I don't think I would like the ones that the Parking Enforcement Department uses. :)

I didn't check ebay, but a google search for "wheel lock boots" was productive. I'm an Amazon first shopper and they have a wide selection at this link (http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=wheel+boot&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=7138294779&hvpos=1t1&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1403100040591417708&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&ref=pd_sl_5fj59od1wv_b) . I had no idea that this was even something that you could purchase. Thankfully, I live where it's not an issue :)

Well I was kinda leaning towards these Gorilla locks. I figured you can't go wrong if you picked something that has "Gorilla" in the name. Your pick looks good too! I don't think anyone would mess with my van if I had four of those locks on my wheels!
Decisions, decisions...............

I used to have a 280Z with 15" Centerlines on it and Mcgaurd wheel locks.
Had to park it outside over a weekend (at work in an industrial park)
When I came to work on monday, the wheels were gone and the locks were scattered on the ground covered in very obvious vise grip jaw marks.
I think wheel locks will only eliminate the casual thief, anyone serious will likely have a master set and/or vice grips.

Tried some "water proof" Gorilla glue that worked GREAT,
until it got wet.
