Hi all, I'm going to need to replace/repair the following parts sometime this year: Both Front Upper Ball Joints / R/F Inner CV Boot / Front Stabilizer Link Bushing.
Can anyone tell me specific part numbers and/or where I might find any of these parts? I get the feeling this is going to be a real quest to find everything I need, especially because I'm just starting to learn about auto repair. When I look on Rock Auto, the parts listings are confusing to me. For instance, how many different ball joints are there on the 87 4x4 van? Are there other names for the parts I've listed that I should look for?
Thanks

I'm wondering if it would be better to just totally swap out the suspension for a new set up so I don't have to worry about scouring the world for rare parts. Anyone done this, and how did it go?

Thanks for the link Gareth.
I found these: Front Upper Ball Joint (https://www.ebay.com/itm/256033513029?epid=1353308191&hash=item3b9cc95e45%3Ag%3AQ%7EwAAOSwIJRixDEY&fits=Year%3A1987%7CModel%3AVan%7CMake%3AToyota)
Can anyone tell me if these are the right part and if they are any good.
Again, I have an 87 4WD and it looks like there's a little leakage on both front upper ball joints.
Thanks

Leakage doesn't necessarily mean bad for the upper ball joints on the 4wd. Since they are greasble, the old grease has to have somewhere to go when new grease is injected. Naturally grease will leak from these over time because of that. You have to check for vertical play to see if they are bad. 2.3 mm or 0.091 inches is the maximum play for the uppers
