Hi friends,
As the title suggests, my '92 Previa has been sitting for 7 months while I've been abroad in New Zealand. Before I left, I let it sit for 2 weeks, and starting it was difficult and it seemed to struggle to crank and didn't have oil pressure for longer than I would have liked. Can anyone suggest a procedure for starting it up this time? Maybe something involving cutting the fuel and allowing a few cranks to get some oil pressure built up before letting fuel in? What has worked for people in the past? Am I being overly cautious and I should just charge the battery and fire it up? It's got 230k on it and runs pretty strong, so I want to take good care.
Cheers,
Seth
