1987 Auto transmission filter removal

I'm doing the trans service on my new to me van, and I cannot figure out how to get the final bolt on the filter off. Its under a tube. Def can't get a socket on it, and I don't see how I can get a wrench on it. I'm doing this on my back in a driveway, so already at an access deficit, but I don't see how to get to it. Will post a pic when I get back in.

I can't remember the details, when I did this on my van, but the manual says to remove the tubes (or just the one that is in your way). 13461
