Van Wagon Climate Spider

Hey everyone. I was watching a channel on Youtube, Grae Skye Studio, who does a lot of VanWagon stuff. They installed a 3D printed climate spider to replace the plastic that likes to break behind our dashboards.

I tried to contact the maker of the print to see if they sold prints or the file, but got no response.

Has anyone here tried modeling a beefed up climate control spider? If you have, are you willing to distribute or sell the file?

I don't have it anymore, but in the past, I made one from a sheet of 1/2" thick plastic. I used the old broken one as a template to trace around the outside and line up the holes. It wasn't a delicate hollow mesh of ribs, but a solid slab.
