    If you got another fan I'd probably try that 1st. If your funds are limited then go with your gut. Whenever I go deep enough to do a head gasket, if I have any doubts about the radiator I'll take it...

    Clogged Heater Core - Which (2) Lines Should Be Disconnected To Flush?
