I see you inspected the fuses, but did you check if there is power on them? I would start with the 7.5A IGN fuse. it should be powered if your key is turned to ignition. If it isn't check if power...
a couple of days ago, I was driving along and suddenly there was no throttle response... but only for a second or two, all the lights, accessories, everything else was fine. then the power came back...
