  2. Re: 1986 2WD Van front wheel bearing replacement suggestions?

This worked for me. Also when I replaced my bearing I'm pretty sure I got whatever autozone had in stock and suggested, it fit.

No 85 isn't the same transmission. Also you don't have to drop a tranny to get brackets.

    Re: Time for new calipers.

Tim for the win. I think if you made a T-shirt with that TVT logo and Tim for the Win written on it I'd buy it for $15.

On that same note, I made a small $10 donation to the site and of course...

  15. Re: How to replace your ball joints in about 2 hours (2wd)

  16. Re: How to replace your ball joints in about 2 hours (2wd)

Just FYI I decided that since I didn't have a torch and drift punch, I would remove the lower joint first. While the upper still in place helped to hold up and stabilize I was able to rest the lower...
  17. Re: How do I remove those bolts holding the rotor to the hub when the hub rotates?!

That was the ticket. The first two bolts came off great then the next two were so tight I was afraid I'd break the bearing or bend my axle so I put it on the ground and had a thick round "candy...
