Sorry to hear your van has been down for so long, have you tried VanLife Northwest they’re a Dealer in the Portland area that does service and repairs so they should be able to get the correct parts...

It's been about 4-6 years so I'm sure the rate will be different now but he did both pipes for $280 plus tax. Tear out the old pipes, reroute/bend the new ones and add new chrome tips.
