Does anyone know the part number for the tensioner pulley for the supercharger belt?
It’s small, about 2.5” OD, 7 grooves
I can’t find them listed anywhere on the internet :(
EDIT: found...

Worked out just fine.
FYI- the distance between the terminals of the wires you need to jump on the 6-pin harness (where the relay plugs in) is bridged by a 15a fuse ~perfectly~. :sfr:
Woah, cool. That's a way better response than I ever hoped for.
I'm trying to digest what you're saying here. 2 of the 5 wires (P and L-G) seem to still be tapped into the regular speaker wires...
So I've got one of these too, I just found out. I'd like to use it with my aftermarket stereo because it (probably? maybe?) still works. 4/5 wires of the "sub" harness seem to be connected...
So I know this sound pretty dumb, but is running the fuel pump continuously for a week or so a problem?
My circuit-opening relay's on the fritz. I already ordered a new one, but I'd still like to...
I'm no expert. I just assumed boring out my jugs .10 over with new oversize pistons / rings will give the top end a fresh start.
Be sure to have your jugs measured before you order your kit .10...
It took me about 2 days to pull the engine out of the passenger door. I took the whole door off, but that might not have been necessary. I was a total dummy and didnt know about disconnecting my...
I got it started!

I was burning the midnight oil trying to get my newly rebuilt engine started for the first time. Anyone wanna give their thoughts while I sleep this one off?
Here's what I got instead of a...
Mine's empty too, don't sweat it. (Although i'm just putting my engine back in so who knows, maybe I missed something, haha).
I run into stuff like that a lot, but remember not only were there so...
Hey did you every figure this out? I'm in an even worse off situation where I cut some of my old injector wires when I pulled the engine (since I was planning on making a new harness tim-style)......
bingo. thanks buddy!
Got it out. It had a steel outside ring that made it really hard to extract, esp with the shaft still in the middle of it.
Hey y'all is the supposed to be a crush washer or gasket in this extra exhaust port?

I wish I never took it off.
How in the dickens do you remove this thing? I cant tell where it ends and the steel oil pump body begins. Anyone have experience doing this on autos?
Does it just pop out? I'm just worried about...
DIY Hose Molding For Anyone Interested:
In the process of engine reassembly I didn't feel like hunting down a bunch of discontinued hoses or paying 15 bucks or more for a simple bend in a hose,...

So, when I tore down everything instead of labeling everything physically I took a bunch of reference photos, but then, like you would expect, lost all my photos.
There are these two nipples...
I've been running a group 29 for a while. A deep cycle of that size typically still has 500 or so cold cranking amps which is plenty for the little 4y unless you live in the bitter cold. You only...
Check the fuse first. It's one of those under the dash.
If the wire that plugs into the motor (behind the glove box) has 12v then the motor's shot. This is probably the case.
I had to replace...
Congrats on the van
Sounds to me like you've got some blockage in your cooling system. Regarding your heater, that just means it's working a little when there's more hot coolant going around, which...
I sent an email to ask about the price. I'll post here if they get back to me.
Yeah, no specific reason, he just talked at me for a while about how they get gunked up and thought the inside of my case was so gnarly that it warranted it.
I ended it up sending it into some...
Yeah I know what you mean, the picture is often different and seems to show a big steel bracket (which doesn't look like the bracket the mount hangs from under the van either). That's the part number...
Does anyone have experience cleaning out oil coolers? Is it possible? Soak it in parts cleaner and run air through it?
My machinist working on my block insists I should replace mine. My oil...
Ha, well that kinda puts the damper on my enthusiasm to go through with the swap. I want to get rid of heat soak, but also just give the van the most robust cooling system I can. That clutch fan...
Ah, thanks Tim, that's the thread I should've posted on!
That controller unit looks neat, I'm particularly interested in the cut-on at 60% speed feature. That kinda thing is what I was looking...
I'm considering doing the conversion to a pair of side by side electric pull fans like Tim and others have done. The one detail I have reservations about is missing out on the variable speeds that...
Anyone know where to find a replacement rear 4WD mount? or just the round rubber part (insulator? bushing?) for the mount? Mine's pretty cracked. I ordered what rock auto sells as a rear mount...
Does anyone have any tips for how to actually remove an old clutch? Mine seems pretty helplessly stuck onto the shaft.
Been broken down in Wyoming for a couple days with overheating issues.

I'm pretty sure I have too much front brake drag. Without the tire on I need two hands to turn the hub at all. After driving for 15 miles my rims are *hot* to the touch, not just warm (the rotors, of...
