    i think my door switches contributed to my draining problem.
    mostly they wouldnt turn on unless jiggled or flashed on when driving.
    replaced the 2 questionable and that issue has stopped.

    Vacuum sucks, that's why.
    Check those hoses for cracks. Makes you crazy looking for the one:wall: but so satisfying when a new rubber hose fixes it.

    I found a corroded pipe that developed a hole when I hit it. Could of been disastrous.
    I don't think it was used much as there was a lot of sediment once I opened it.

    Where the CV joints attaches (6 bolts) to the diff, can you access the bolt to the stub axle by just removing the 6 bolts?

    If a spill and fill doesn't help, try a machine flush.
    I used Castro transmax high mileage(I have less than 70k) and once I did a flush the issues haven't returned.

    2nd fan location:
    I need to add a fan for additional cooling when off road.
    No issues on the road, loaded, uphills.
    Up hills in 4wd, going slow, causes the temp to rise and only drop very slowly...

    No reason to modify a thermostat on a normal working system.
    I have a rear heater and once I fixed a leak\clog the whole system works better.

    I've used Bardahls no smoke, on a motor with bad rings and had good results. Added 8mos to its life.
    I like marvel mystery oil better than ATF in the crankcase. Seaform has also done its job.

    I don't have any recommendations, other than a rebuilt Toyota motor should get a new radiator.
    Had to redo a HG on a rebuilt 22re and get a new radiator.:wall:

    I replaced the fluid. Was very dark.
    Drain and repeated a week later.

    Been a few months and no whining.
