    The first thing I would check is driveshaft u-joints. Your lift changed their angle of operation and if they were already a little worn the lift may have pushed them over the edge.

    That's the power steering pressure hose that goes from the pump to the steering rack. Assuming this is for the 86 listed in your profile, I would think this is more likely the appropriate hose....
