    time to grind out some rust. Any tricks to getting the chrome door slider piece out/in?

    Looks like a bolt on either end and then slide the whole unit left (?)

    will check the sliding door ground underneath.

    No trailer currently, but bumper was missing when I got it, so very possible and I'll just go with the if-it-aint-broke....

    both dome lights + side door foot light work great on "manual", but nothing comes on when set to "door".

    I have checked the slider door button/ground and it seems fine.

    Is there also a tailgate...

    Thanks - so play is ok, got it. Will research the boots - last time I checked the suppliers you mention only sold outer boots, nobody sold inners that I could find and no recommended replacement boot...

    15 minute drive
    rev to 2K on tach => 14.88

    I think I'll go for just 1 & 2 connectors for now. Leave the injectors in place and just grab those Denso connectors + pigtails you referenced.

    my Toyota dealer says he doesn't have any CVs (inner or outer) - based on previous thread comments it seems like PartsGeek Outers will work but not the EMpi inners......

    Anyone know if I can use stock CV boots on a 4x4 with 2" lift?

    RockAuto list a couple brands but both look stock (?)
