    Alrighty, I got new cam bolts, I got new bushings, I got new ball joints, but I've also got some very seized old cam bolts on the lower control arms.

    I think I'll have to sawzall the old ones...

    Thanks Tim! Turns out I just needed a bigger f______ hammer. I put the four bolts back in and the ball joint separated after about 15 hits. NOW to separate the ball joint from the steering...

    That's good info! I take it you ground the spacer down while it was still in the shock?

    I think I'd want to take the spacer and bushing out first so I don't run a risk of chewing into the shock...
