My roof a/c blower is making a lot of noise

How do I take apart the housing so I can fix the blower mounts to stop the vibration ?

either the motor brushes are bad or the fan blades are missing causing imbalance

you will need to take off both the front and rear grilles then take off all the other screws to take the entire panel off... the blank cover in the middle between the vent grilles needs to come off also to get to more screws

I was told by another Previa owner that had the same problem and he said that there are rubber mount on the ends of the blower, and he made the mounts custom and that fixed the vibration . Does that sound right ? Thanks for the info.

    Thanks Bruce
