Passenger Side Door Won't Open From Outside

Hi!

I can open the passenger side door from the inside (that's how I let people in!) but, no one can pull the handle on the outside when unlocked and open the door. Does anyone know what this might be? I searched first but didn't find anything.

You'll need to pull the interior door panel off. I'm guessing the link rod has fallen off the handle or the latch.

Mine did same thing for a while. i lubed and oiled all parts inside and been working great since.

had the same problem and I found that a spring had broken. I removed the other door panel and saw the spring that was missing. I found the spring at Ace Hardware. Fairly easy to replace. Don't know if you got it fixed so here is my remedy. Bruce
