Van runs for about twenty seconds and shuts off, fuel pump?
So van has been sitting all summer then i took it out today after putting a new axle in. It ran for about 45 minutes, then sputtered out. I thought it was low on fuel or water in the fuel from sitting so long so i put in some HEat and filled it up. It starts then dies after about twenty seconds. I cracked the fuel line above the filter while its turning over and the pump is obviously pumping but it shuts off after that starting cycle. How do i know if its running or how to diagnose the system. i have an extra pump relay and extra circuit relay and swapped both out and that made no difference. Its obviously not getting fuel expcept after i crack the line and then it shuts off.

In the non-SC Previa, the fuel pump relay is activated partly by a switch in the air flow meter. There's also the fuse "ST", which does... something.
