Mackd, neither one of those parts you requested were available but it sounds like cpginkpt was able to step in so it all worked out.

Do you still have the throttle body and ignitor? What about the rail under the van that protects the Radiator?

    SOLD!:
    - Fuel sender
    - Taillight (rear passenger)
    - "+" box (can't for the life of me remember what that's called)
    - Right rear back up light assembly
    - Idle air control valve

I *believe* I've replied to all PMs, save for a couple of members who are asking for more "long term" parts (you know who you are). "Phase two" of the pull should start commencing in the next couple of weeks, the van isn't going anywhere but it'll look a lot different next time I post photos of it

PM sent! I saw your post in the wanted section, I'm assuming you're trying to get your hands on the rack and pinion, right? I have it!

    SOLD!:
    - Igniter
    - Air cleaner hose
    - Throttle body
    - Skid plate

So far, the parts sold off of this van have traveled a combined 8,917 miles from Tucson to their new homes and vans, which is a thousand miles greater than the diameter of Earth (7,917.5 mi)! And you thought you weren't going to learn anything today .

I want to get a couple more laps in around the planet before I pack it all up so keep the parts requests coming!

EDIT: For anyone who cares, that mileage is "as the crow flies." If we're actually counting each part hopping from distribution center to distribution center and actually being delivered, the miles traveled would be well over 10k by now.

    Hey AD2101,
I'm looking for a set (RH/LH) of 4WD torsion bar assemblies. See pics - would need torque arms, dust covers, bars, anchor arms, swivels, adjusters, etc.
PM me a price! Your best guess on shipping costs would be helpful too. Thanks in advance!!

    Hey!

Those 4x4 bits were some of the main reasons I bought this thing in the first place, so I'll be holding on to those for my stockpile of spare parts. Hopefully they'll turn up for you somewhere else soon.

Also, all PMs have been replied to. I'll probably start pivoting this to posting pictures of what's left as we've already put a really good dent into parting this thing out. Thanks and keep the requests coming!

I'm interested in the combination switch that has the turn signal, windshield wiper controls, etc. that is attached to the steering column. Any idea if it works? If you aren't sure, I'm probably still interested if it looks like it's in decent shape. Thanks! IMG_0216.jpg

    Hey!

So that fuel sender was trashed and rusted through but I certainly learned more about the gizmo inside my 89! So worth it anyways!

I got my van back from the transmission shop and I need a replacement transmission bracket (not sure which ones). Have those been spoken for?

    Thanks!
