    Shorted Battery

Hello everyone. I mistakenly bridged the battery with a long wrench, which created a large spark, and now the van doesn't start. When I turn the ignition to the on position, the dash lights up as it should, but I get no response from the starter. I am going to follow the fusible link protocol. Does anyone have another suggestion? Relay? Starter solenoid? 1989 Cargo Van, automatic. Thanks.

Figured it out. All fuses and fusible links were fine. Battery fine. Aftermarket security system needed a reset.
