Thanks for pointing us in the right direction for how to get the regulator out! I was about to take a look at my van for how to do it but this should do the trick. Definitely look at post #8 because that guy had a way easier method for removing it than the original poster. I’m not sure if the power window regulator is much different as far as removal goes, but I wouldn’t think it would be all that different of a process.

Sounds like you sold the guts of the center console around the shifter (?) - I am looking for the rest of the console and have shifter trim already so that would be a good fit.
