Easiest way to test if I'm getting fuel at the rail?

My old 85 isn't starting this morning. Cleaned and checked the rotor and checked for spark (getting it)
Fuel filter is new (6 mths old) I replaced the fuel pump a couple years ago so I am hoping it isn't that. Where can I test if I am getting fuel up top without spilling fuel all over?
Loosening the cold injector line? I hear the relays click so I don't think it is that,

God..I dread the fuel filter change again..
