    Wink 2nd battery?

I was wondering if anyone has added a second battery and if so, where? I have an isolator and want to add a secondary power system with an inverter so I can have some power without worrying about draining my starting battery in the woods. I sleep in it so I can't have a traditional battery in the cab. I was thinking mounted underneath but not sure what the best options would be.

What other types of batteries could I use? Not sure if the isolator can handle different types of batteries.

    Re: 2nd battery?

There are three threads on the topic of adding a second battery, and quite a bit of useful information among the three:

    https://www.toyotavantech.com/forum/...ome-confidence!

    https://www.toyotavantech.com/forum/...ery-and-switch

    https://www.toyotavantech.com/forum/...l-Battery-Tray

A gentle reminder to (1) always search the forum using the tips and tricks in THIS THREAD, and (2) when there is an existing thread on your topic, please post in that — doing so helps you a bunch because it alerts the exact people who are most likely to have useful insights on that topic.
