New Toyota OEM Rear Axle Outer Bearing Retainer for Drum Brake Axle - Fits Toyota Previa (01/1990 to 07/1997). Toyota Part #42424-30040. This may fit some Toyota Vans as well - the part number pulls up Toyota Van on a Google search.
Part diagram photo has red circle of this part - fits Drum Brake axle shaft only.
