    Sliding window glass replacement

One of my sliding windows glass is broken, I knocked it out, have the replacement glass and can’t seem to make any logical sense as to how you get it in. Seems like you’d need to replace the whole window (frame, and both pieces of glass) I just don’t see how you would possibly get it in there with the width of the metal frame. Can someone shed some light on this…

The window frame assembly comes out as a unit, then gets disassembled

Carbonized did a blog write-up on it

    Sliding windows rehab.

Just go to "advanced search" (top right corner) and type in "Carbonized" in the user name search and hit enter.
Its down near the bottom of the page (#30)
