Intermittent Horn

Basically, during a small driving session I.E. to the gas station & back, if I use the horn once, it will not work again for the drive to or fro for some unknown reason... If it even decides to work at all! Don't know where the horn assembly is situated on my van so as of now I can't say if its possibly physically damaged or just worn out as it most likely is original. Any ideas/info for this?

Thanks for the guidance! Will analyze the info there to see if I can also fix my intermittent horn issue.
