    egr valve and inlet manifold clean

    hi all

    new to the site and am hoping someone can help i have a 2007 gs280 panel van van smokes like you cannot imagine no fault codes present not loosing water not burning oil it has been suggested that the egr valve and the inlet manifold needs cleaning
    1 has any body come across this before
    2 ive searched high and low to find info on how to remove the parts bought autofix haynes online manual what aload of crap bought downloaded repair guides from ebay youtube dont seem to have much only indonisian vids dif model vans any way can any body help with a link or info poss step by step guide im very good on the tools but there not much on hiace avail
