    Van wont start without starter fluid

    Hello, my 88 van wont start without a squirt of starting fluid, then it runs great.
    I hope its the fuel filter.

    Does anyone know where it is located?

    The fuel filter is located underneath the passenger's seat access panel. Big ole black thing here...
