Red face How did the engine convert into a two-stroke: q

    Halo-
    1994 Previa LE Alldrive
    Pls. Comment on the following:
The Previa has been through many winters.
it is only the second true winter that he’s been
with me; The first winter there was nothing that
stood out to me about Previa’s performance.
But this year he has really hit the winter and seems
to be crying out like a cat in a winter storm.
Mechanics are giving a hard time to work him
just for maintenance. He leaves me wondering
if the Toyota dealer just took out the og engine
and stuck a two-stroke kit in. Just a joke, but
in my basic car knowledge, that’s what I’m
hearing him say. “I’m the best yo-yo you got”.

Please give two cents about a car motor that has
suddenly changed it’s tune over a single winter.

The objective was to run over the CAT, and save the Peacock.
