Hey all. The handle on the rear hatch of my 92 TownAce broke and I am unable to open the hatch now from the outside. I have a new handle assembly. Today I was unable to figure out how to remove the outside panel on the hatch, so I could replace the handle assembly. I removed all the nuts from the inside, disconnected the wiring to the light assemblies, and also disconnected the lock arm, but when I attempted to pry the panel off, it would not budge. It flexed and made cracking noises, so I stopped because I didn't want to damage it. Did I miss a bolt, or nut somewhere that is holding it in?
The panel in the red box is what I am trying to remove. (That's not my car BTW, just an example I found online)
