    Sudden acceleration issue.

I recently took my 95 AWD S/C Previa on a 800 mile road trip. It was running fine, then after a quick 30 mile jaunt to my grandpa's house it was sputtering immediately.

I've always had to give it a bit of extra gas after starting it cold, and maybe that issue is connected to the current issue.

When I say sputtering...what I mean is - if I try to accelerate much at all it jerks and sputters and sounds really rough.

I've replaced the rotor, distributor cap, spark plugs, and the fuel filter. The fuel pump is working and the circuit open relay seems to be good, too. I've not been able to find any vacuum leaks. I removed the catalytic converter, and the sputtering was still there.

What do you think this issue could be?

If it is a matter of not getting enough fuel, what might be causing it and what is the best way to troubleshoot the fuel lines?

    Thanks!

    Re: Sudden acceleration issue.

Have you checked for trouble codes?
