'95 Previa S/C AllTrac Faltering under acceleration

My Previa is acting up under acceleration. It acts as if it is flooding out and really chugs and slugs. I restored it 4 years ago from top to bottom.....but alas this one has me puzzled. New cat and O2 sensors about 2,000 miles ago.? Just to add a little more info. My shop burned to the ground last fall with all my records, tools and spare parts. So I am going at this with minimal tools and resources. So far I've checked fuel pressure at the rail, fuel filter, O2 sensors ohm checked, no blockage at the cat. The problem seems to be intermittent. Wondering if the distributor cap could potentially cause the "random" sluggishness?
