'93 Radiator leaking fluid on ground- want to replace myself - ADVICE PLEASE :)

My 2nd Toyota Van in 30 years. LOVE THIS ENGINE!!!!!!!!

This one is a '93 Previa leaking coolant on ground- looked under car and see leaks from radiator.
Reservoir Cap also needs replacing (rubber gasket crumbled)

Hubby says try the POUR IN fill leak/gap repair product- my gut says NO- don't do it- REPLACE.

    So ...
OEM Radiator is $460 from dealer
Online Radiators ( non-Toyota( from $99 +) are they as good????? Any recommendations?
or should I try and pull from Junkyard?

also does anyone have an online tutorial. I do not have a service manual.
I PROUDLY have done alot of my own service work- THANKS to folks sharing incredible tutorials online. THANK YOU!!

so .... ANY ADVICE would be appreciated!!!!

Performance Radiator wants $168. I've had luck with them, but that's only once....
Also, I've not had to remove a radiator from any of my Previas, but I can't imagine it is a big challenge.

On my 92 Previa, I also had a leaking radiator. I bought one of the 3rd party radiators via eBay, 2 years ago, and it's been perfect. Replacing it was fairly easy, I wound up doing it in my driveway, and it took about an hour. The one I got is still offered, http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-RADIATOR...b94d#vi-ilComp

Also, as to a repair guide, Autozone.com offers repair guide online for the Previa. You can register for free, and then access their manuals. The radiator is under Engine & Engine Overhaul for the Previa.

buy an aftermarket denso radiator from rock auto... it's a little more than other aftermarket radiators, but far less than the dealer... and it's the same exact thing as the factory unit, because denso made it!

Okay- hubby and I got radiator out- wasn't that hard wooohoooo
The radiator looks like it has a crack- at least from the way the fluid was leaking.

Can someone explain what A, B and C connections are on my radiator? (in this pic)

Ended up getting a SILLAS- radiator locally $110+tax (Hope it's okay- saw your recommendations a bit late) :(
It has a 2yr warranty. Will install tomorrow along with new hoses AND belts.
(Belts were cracked on the inside groove/tracks) never would have known from looking at the outside!

Any important reminder/tips for reinstalling belts/hoses/radiator.
    I appreciate your wisdom!!!!

I cleaned up all the dirt/debris I could reach- the fan was covered in impacted fine dirt.
Noticed that the VENT/DAMPER FOAM is crumbling- any ideas for a fix?(not sure correct term- closes off outside air from inside vehicle).

A and B are auto transmission cooler inlet and outlet and from what I can see of C, it appears to be the radiator drain cock.

Just check (and top off if needed) your Transmission fluid.

I can't figure out HOW to easily pull this "damper door" off - is the foam really necessary?
Has anyone installed HEPA filters inside their Vent system?
