Re: MasterAce 2CT Turns over but won't start
My Starter was a 28100-64040 2kw which also seems to be what is listed as the correct kw for the 2CT 4WD Auto (i have an auto) (I also found my replacement on ebay, which does particularly help you)
http://www.townace.plus.com/aanswers.htm townace.plus has some good points and also the part number for the blueprint equivilent: ADT31227
I also find this website helps to find out part numbers: https://www.megazip.net/zapchasti-dl...0g-pqzx-913857
Also I find Yoyopart to be really good for finding alternative interchangable parts: https://www.yoyopart.com/oem/6992735...810064100.html
As for stateside parts i'm not sure as I'm in the UK but someone else on here might be able to help out with at?
Hope this helps.

Re: MasterAce 2CT Turns over but won't start
Just got her started!!!!
So happy
after cleaning the injectors, oil and filter change, new glow plugs, new starter moter it fired!! and runs
However now I have a strange knocking sound. Thinking it may possibly be valve clearence but not completely sure it's that.
How easy is it to change the valve clearence on a 2ct?
Any thoughts if it could be anything else or how to go about changing the clearence?
Here's a video of it also:
Cheers guys!

Re: MasterAce 2CT Turns over but won't start
Mine smoked like a chimney when I first drove it around...I was told to run a can of Seafoam in the tank and it is good to go. Perhaps that will clean out the "cobwebs".

Re: MasterAce 2CT Turns over but won't start
Hard to tell from the video but it sounds like injector nailing. This can be caused by the injectir popping too soon which affects the timing as well as allowing too large of fuel droplets. This may also account for what seems like excessive shaking in the video. Did you pop test the injectors after cleaning them? Does it mellow out after it's warmed up?

Re: MasterAce 2CT Turns over but won't start
Cheers guys, I have some CT60 so might try running that through with a new fuel filter to clean out the "cobwebs".
I didn't get to the point of running it warm as I was unsure of the sound I didn't want to risk damaging somthing but will give it a go and see how she sounds when warm.
Also I don't have a pop tester so havn't had a chance to test the injectors since cleaning.
I also remember adjusting the maximum fuel screw when trying to get it running, would this have an imact in the nailing at all?
Thanks again for your replies,
Jon
