    Capitan,

    I just wanted to comment to all van owners this is one of the most important and cost effective purchases you can make for you vehicle. Get 'bonked' just once by a falling seat or your broom stick slipped while working in the engine bay you will swear by these hooks and swear at the broken plastic hook forever. I have one original plastic hook left that I might use if I complete the restoration of my 1987 4x4 5 Spd but I will testify to all the captains hook is the way to go!!

    I found these on his post in the 84-89 TV group on FB. My original plastic one just started falling apart a couple years ago. This hook is the best aftermarket part for the job. Even if you plastic one is still good, get this one, as your plastic one is a ticking time bomb...
